For each project, CFI develops a quality management plan.
This plan creates a framework for success by establishing quality requirements
and expectations, documenting standards and sharing our methods and
approach. We utilize professional management practices so exceptional
results are achieved, every time.
Quality Management Plans typically:
- Describe the standards applied to ensure quality,
for both the solutions delivered to customers and the processes used
to create those solutions.
- Outline the quality assurance activities necessary
to evaluate how those standards are being met.
- Document quality assurance resource requirements
and responsibilities.
- Provide criteria for total solution quality,
as well as the processes to achieve that level of quality.
- Ensure continual improvement is incorporated
in the business aspects of your organization, as well as in the technical
facets.
