The Results Accelerator is a powerful process and sets of tools designed with one goal in mind - to dramatically accelerate progress and the results of your operations. In this process we leverage our extensive experience with over 600 million sq. ft. of client facilities to bring best practices and recommendations and truly accelerate your results. In addition, we find by better understanding your organizations situation and priorities we can bring creative solutions and advice to help you solve problems quickly and effectively.

Throughout this process we take into consideration the enterprise level priorities and mission of your organization. Is your organization growing or shrinking? Does your organization favor centralization or decentralization? Is the strategy to keep resources in-house or outsourced? We find it critical to factor these business drivers into all plans and recommendations.

The Results Accelerator process is a short, but productive engagement. We will meet with the key stakeholders within your facilities operation both in person and over the phone. Through interviews and our unique process we will develop and prioritize specific opportunities for facilities performance improvements. The goal being to accelerate the implementation of best practices, technology and to realize the performance results demanded of facilities.

The process begins with the CFI team reviewing the situation at your organization from our perspective. The CFI team consists of people familiar with your organization and CFI team members from other pro-jects. In this process we rate your operation along the Six Strategic Opportunity targets and develop our initial observations.

In the second phase of this process we provide the client stakeholders with instructions and preparation activities including the Results Accelerator client preparation worksheets to be completed and returned to CFI. This will be done for each identified stakeholder at your organization.

In the third phase, the CFI consulting team will meet internally to analyze and discuss your organization's responses and to prepare the materials and agenda for a strategy session to be held at your organization. A critical component of this phase is our comparison of your Results Accelerator assessment with ours - this highlights opportunity areas. We also introduce other CFI subject mater experts to "drill down" on specific opportunity areas.
